Dr. Haixing Chen

Dr. Haixing Chen is an internationally recognized molecular biologist, genetic medicine expert, biotechnology entrepreneur, and inventor.
He conducted cancer research at Harvard Medical School and earned his Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Chen has served as Director of the DNA Diagnostic Centre in Canada and has accumulated extensive expertise in genetic testing, hereditary disease diagnostics, natural bioactive compounds, and the commercialization of biotechnology.
As the founder of ACGT Corporation, Dr. Chen is the inventor of multiple international patents and has dedicated his career to advancing innovation in precision health, genomic science, natural plant-based technologies, and healthy aging.
At LHP Health Ltd., Dr. Chen serves as Chief Scientific Advisor and Chair of the Scientific and Biotechnology Advisory Committee, providing scientific leadership and strategic guidance for the Company’s research, product innovation, and long-term development in nutritional supplements, skincare, natural health products, and biotechnology.
Carey James Kriz

Carey James Kriz is an internationally recognized healthcare and technology executive with extensive experience in global healthcare development, digital health, healthcare innovation, and strategic leadership.
He currently serves as Chairman of Eagle Health Holdings LLC, where he leads the expansion of the company’s international operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
Throughout his career, Carey has held leadership roles with IBM, Johns Hopkins, and numerous healthcare and technology ventures. He was the founder and designer of Johns Hopkins International and has played a significant role in advancing global healthcare initiatives, telemedicine, healthcare innovation, and international healthcare partnerships.
With academic studies in Economics and Computer Science at the University of Rochester and the University of Maryland, Carey brings a unique combination of technology, business, and healthcare expertise. He actively works across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, advising organizations on healthcare transformation, innovation, and global strategic development.
As Chief Global Strategy Officer and Chairman of International Development at LHP Health Ltd., Carey provides leadership in international expansion, strategic partnerships, global resource integration, and long-term business development.

Dr. Jacqueline Shan
Dr.Jacqueline Shan is the inventor of Balance™, President, CEO, and
Chief Scientist of PBG Biopharma. She holds dual PhDs in Pharmacology (Peking Union Medical College) and Physiology (University of Alberta).
As an accomplished scientist and entrepreneur, Dr. Shan has dedicated nearly 30 years to integrating traditional Chinese medicine with modern pharmacology, developing multiple safe and effective high-quality natural health products.
She has received numerous Canadian and international awards and has been inducted into multiple healthcare and biotech halls of fame.
