Please review our policy regarding exchanges and refunds below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The 72-Hour &#8220;Cooling-Off Period&#8221;<br>We provide a 72-hour cooling-off period starting from the date of purchase or the date of<br>UPS delivery confirmation. During this period:<br>Orders may be modified.<br>We are happy to process an exchange for items that meet the condition requirements<br>outlined below.<br>After this 72-hour period ends, the item is marked as &#8220;final&#8221; and cannot be exchanged.<br>Additionally, once the 72-hour period concludes, the sales commission for that product will<br>be allocated to LHP Health Ltd\u2019s distributors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condition Requirements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for an exchange or refund, LHP Health products must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must remain sanitary, clean, and free of any tears, burns, or stains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must include all original packaging materials and accessories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restocking Fees and Shipping<br>Unless prohibited by applicable law, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee<br>and associated shipping charges. These costs will be deducted from your total refund<br>amount if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are only available when the item is returned in &#8220;brand new&#8221; condition.
